\\WHAT ARE THE EXTRA CHARGES?

$10 late night entry fee 1am-10am (only)

 

\\RV Camping

Rv spots are available free of charge (with regular admission) on a first come first serve basis.  

 

\\Pets

Pets are allowed at LOVEFEST!  However,  they must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after.  (doo-doo)  There will be no warnings on these rules and if not followed,  the dog and his human will be asked to leave.

 

\\Campfires

Open campfires are prohibited at THREE HILLS EVENT CENTER.  However, raised fire pits are fine.  You can bring your own wood.  Wood will not be available for sale at the event. 

 

\\RE-ENTRY

Gates are open from 10am till 1am Re-Entry is allowed with a wristband although discouraged for your safety and the safety of others. There will be Law enforcement heavily monitoring the roads outside  Three Hills Event Center.  There WILL be a $10 extra entry fee from 1am -10am if you have a wristband or not!

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

THIS IS AN ALL AGES EVENT B.Y.O.B  Patrons under 18 must be with a parent!  Under 14 free entry! 

Age restrictions on alcohol will be STRICTLY ENFORCED!

 

Any minors suspected of consuming alcohol will be ejected from the park with no refund, and may also face prosecution.

\\Can I vend my merchandise at LOVEFEST 2017?

 

LOVEFEST would not be what it is without the involvement of so many talented and hard working entrepreneurs!  With that being said, we always want to get as many vendors involved with Strangeland as possible!  To make this happen,  the process of application for non-food vendors will be relatively inexpensive and easy to navigate. If you would like to be a LOVEFEST 2017 Vendor (non-food):  

 

There will be a $125 vending fee for non food vendors.  This fee includes admission for both days of LOVEFEST for two.  Simply download and mail or email the vendor registration form in!  Questions send to oldskoolunderground@gmail.com 

 

 

\\WHAT TO BRING

1. Some money for admission, food and merchandise vendors.

2. Your own Beer and Booze (It's B.Y.O.B. Baby!!)

3. Overnight camping gear

4. You can bring your own food if you like or buy ours.

5. Jackets and Blankets (might be cool at night)

6. Drums and instruments for drum circles
